The present appeal under Section 96 read with Order XLI Rule 1 of the CPC seeks the following prayers: - "It is therefore respectfully prayed that Hon'ble court may kindly be please to set-aside judgment dated 16th Dec.2010 passed by the court of sh. B.R Kedia:ADJ:Tis Hazari Delhi.
(a) Pass a decree for recovery of Rs 13, 94,883/- with interest upto date till realization @ 24% per annum, against the respondent. (b) Call for the trial court record.
(c) Accept the appeal of the appellants with cost throughout (d) And pass such orders as may be deemed just and proper seeing the facts and circumstance of the case."
