% 30.05.2018 Counsel for the respondent states that order dated 29th May, 2018 has been passed. Counsel for the petitioner states that they would be filing objections under Section 74 of the Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004 with a prayer that the said objections should be disposed of expeditiously. Recording the aforesaid statement, we dispose of the present writ petition giving liberty to the petitioner to file objections. It will be open to the petitioner to request the Objection Hearing Authority to decide the objections expeditiously. We hope and trust that the Objection Hearing Authority would consider the said request.
