This petition has been filed seeking quashing of FIR No. 298/2022, under Sections 384/506/34 IPC, PS Sector-23, Dwarka on the basis a settlement arrived at between the parties on 25th October, 2024. 2.
Petitioner Nos.1-3 and respondent No.2/complainant, accompanied by her father, are present in Court and duly identified by the IO. 3.
Respondent No.2 states that she has no objection to the quashing of the said FIR, which is confirmed by her father as well. 4.
It is stated that the petitioners and the complainant are relatives and the complaint had been filed due to some misunderstanding and that they have amicably resolved their issues.

of conviction of the petitioners being remote and bleak, there is no use continuing with proceedings of the present FIR as it would be a misuse of the process of the Court and an unnecessary burden on the State exchequer. Accordingly, the petition is allowed. Consequently, the FIR No. 298/2022, under Sections 384/506/34 IPC, PS Sector-23, Dwarka and proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Parties shall abide by the terms of settlement. 7.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of. Pending applications (if any) are disposed of as infructuous.
