% 28.05.2018 Learned ASC for the respondents states that order has been passed. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order passed is not in accordance with law and the petitioner would be challenging the same in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order(s) in accordance with law.

We clarify that in case the petitioner succeeds in the challenge, it would be entitled to refund and interest as per the provisions of Delhi Value Added Tax Act, 2004.
