The petitioner has filed the present Public Interest Litigation inter alia praying as under:- "a) Issue appropriate writ[s] of mandamus to respondents to demolish Farm House/illegal and unauthorized construction at Public/Govt. Land in Khasra Nos. 33/16[4-16], 33/17[4-16] and 34/20[4-16] in the Revenue Estate of Village Dera Mandi, New Delhi absolutely in violation and contravention of provisions of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. DMC Act, 1957, MPD 2021, directions/guidelines of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India, building bye laws of South Delhi Municipal Corporation and without getting building plan sanctioned from Competent Authority, without having any legal title qua said land." 4.

According to the petitioner there has been large scale construction on the public/government land located in Revenue Estate of Village Dera Mandi.

We direct the STF constituted under the Chairmanship of Vice Chairman, DDA to examine the averments made in the present petition and take such appropriate steps as the STF considers fit, in accordance with law. 6.

No further orders are required to be passed in the present petition. The same is disposed of.
