This petition has been filed seeking certain directions in respect of allegations made by the petitioner of threats, which as per her, have been meted out by certain named persons of Jamia Millia Islamia University, Delhi, where she is a student.

While the counsel for the University vehemently objects to the same, counsel for the petitioner states that she had already filed a complaint in this regard at PS K. N. Katju Marg.

Counsel for the State, on instructions of SI Bharat Dahiya, PS K.N. University campus, the jurisdiction would be PS Jamia Nagar. 4.

In any event, without entering into the merits of the controversy, if there is any threat perception, the petitioner shall be at liberty to contact the beat constables/ SHO, PS Jamia Nagar or PS K.N. Katju Marg, contact numbers of which, are being given by the counsel for State. 5.

As far as the rest of the prayers are concerned inter alia prayer (a), no directions can be passed by this Court. Regarding prayers (c) and (d), the petitioner will be at liberty to pursue remedies in accordance with law. 6.

Accordingly, petition is disposed of in the aforesaid directions. 7.

Pending applications, if any, are also disposed of as infructuous. 8.
