By order dated 11.10.2017, this court has directed that the writ petition filed by the petitioner be treated as a representation to the respondent no.1 with the direction to take a view of an issue raised by him within four weeks from that day.

As per the compliance affidavit, decision has already been taken and the petitioner has already been communicated. 4.

In the circumstances, nothing survives in the petition. The petition is

disposed of.
