W.P.(CRL) 3774/2024 The present petition has been filed under Article 226 and 21 of the Constitution of India r/w Section 528 BNSS with the following prayer: "A. Kindly allow present writ petition and protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members from the accused persons.
B.
