The present application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 160/2024 under Sections 324/326/34 of the IPC, registered at P.S. DBG Road.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file a fresh application after the examination of the complainant before the learned Trial Court is complete. 4.

Learned Trial Court is requested to ensure that the complainant in the present FIR is examined as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 3 months from today.
