The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the present petition has become infructuous, as the respondent has since gained employment in the Indian Railways and is no longer interested in pursuing the relief, which was granted by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal by way of the Impugned Order dated 20.05.2024.

In view of the above, the petition, along with the pending applications, is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state that the petitioners need not comply with the Impugned Order dated 20.05.2024 in view of these subsequent developments.
