vicinity and are neighbours. On 18.06.2024, a quarrel took place between the petitioner and respondent no. 2, upon which respondent no. 2 had made a complaint against the petitioner before the concerned Police Station, culminated into the present FIR. It is also stated that a cross-FIR bearing No. 381/2024, for commission of offence punishable under Section 323/341/506/509 of IPC was also registered at police station Mehrauli, Delhi against the respondent no. 2 and his son.
