1. Learned counsel for petitioner seeks initiation of contempt proceedings against the respondent for non-implementation of the directions contained in judgment dated 07.05.2024 passed by learned Division Bench of this Court in W.P.(C) 6366/2019.
2. When asked, learned counsel for the petitioner, very fairly, admitted that though some allowances and terminal dues have been released to the petitioner but these have been calculated improperly and he has not even been given the manner of such calculation. He submits that according to the calculation of petitioner, the dues were in the vicinity of rupees 1 crore whereas the petitioner has been paid Rs. 20 lacs approximately.

petitioner submitted that if the respondent supplies the calculation details, the petitioner would take recourse to any other legal action as permissible under law. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that though the contempt petition is not maintainable, the requisite details in this regard shall be shared with the petitioner within ten days from today.
4. The present petition is disposed of as not pressed. Respondent is directed to supply the complete details of the above said calculation to petitioner as well as to learned counsel for the petitioner through electronic mode within ten days from today.
5. The petition stands disposed of accordingly. Liberty as prayed is also granted to the petitioner.
