In view of the decision reported as 2008 (2) JCC 1433 Maqbool Fida Husain Vs. Raj Kumar Pandey, noting that when the petition was admitted it was informed to the Court that sanction to prosecute the petitioner for an offence punishable under Section 153 IPC was pending, I dispose of the writ petition quashing FIR No.184/2006 PS Connaught Place for offences punishable under Section 153A/229/294 IPC.

If any proceedings have emanated therefrom the same are also quashed.
