% 03.12.2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petitioner with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Ld. Trial Court.

Learned counsel submits that one of the accused is a juvenile. Let Ld. Juvenile Court consider the application for exemption of juvenile through counsel in accordance with law.

In view of the submissions made, the present petition along with pending application stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the contentions before the Ld. Trial Court.
