% 12.01.2017 The limited grievance of the petitioner is that by the impugned order dated 14.12.2015, an additional cost of Rs.20,000/- has been imposed which is on account of the delay in paying the earlier cost of Rs. 30,000/-. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a senior citizen and not financially well off. Mr. Mohit Gupta, son of Smt. Sammi Gupta, the respondent, who is present in person however submits that the averment of the learned counsel for the petitioner is incorrect and that the petitioner is a wealthy person carrying on the business of money lending and he also holds important positions in various institutions.
