% 13.01.2016 The parties have stated to have entered into a compromise in terms of order passed on 15th December, 2015 when the statement of the petitioner Mr. Harsh Pal as well as the statement of Mr. S.B. Singh Rana who represented the bank was recorded on oath by this court obligating the management to pay a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- as full and final settlement of all disputes between the parties; except the statutory Provident Fund to which the petitioner may be entitled; for which he would approach the Authority separately. Today, counsel for the respondent has handed over a demand draft bearing no. 518473 for Rs. 1,50,000/-; dated 06.01.2016, drawn on ICICI Bank favouring the petitioner, to the petitioner Harsh Pal in Court today. He has been identified by Mr. Satyabir Singh Rana, Senior Manager (HR

& Admin) in the respondent company. He has also handed over copy of his Adhar card which is also kept on the record. Consequently, and as prayed, the petition is disposed off in terms of the aforesaid settlement.
