% 24.09.2015 Learned counsels for the parties submit that matter has been settled before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre vide Settlement Agreement dated 10th August, 2015. Settlement is marked as Mark 'C-1'. In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties plaintiff seeks leave to withdraw the suit. Defendant/counter claimant also seeks leave to withdraw the counter claim.

In view of the settlement, suit as well as counter claim is disposed of as withdrawn. Since parties have settled their disputes before the Mediation Centre, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff as well as counter claimant and necessary certificates in this regard be issued by the Registry.
