Mr. Puneet Singh Bindra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the present petitions, the respondents has regularized its account, therefore, he seeks to withdraw these petitions with liberty to approach the Court again, if the situation so arise. 2.

In view of the above, the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
