O R D E R

The present petitions have been filed seeking anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 611/2025 under Sections 108/3(5) of BNS registered at Police Station Begumpur.

The case of the prosecution, as well as, the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners have been noted by this Court in order dated 12.11.2025 passed in BAIL APPLN. 4307/2025 and BAIL APPLN. 4311/2025, as well as, order dated 13.11.2025 in BAIL APPLN. 4339/2025. 3.
The petitioners were granted interim protection by this Court subject to their joining investigation as and when required by the I.O concerned. 4.
Mr. Tarang Srivastava, learned APP for the State, on instructions from the I.O, states that the petitioners have joined investigation and their custodial interrogation is not required.

In view of the above, it is directed that in the event of petitioners' arrest, they shall be released on bail subject to their furnishing separate personal bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000/- and a surety bonds of the like amount to the satisfaction of the Investigating Officer / Arresting Officer and further subject to the following conditions that:- (i) Petitioners shall join investigation as and when directed by the I.O concerned.
