It has been observed that a typographical error has crept into the order dated 19.12.2025 wherein the amount of personal bond as well as surety bond has not been mentioned.

Accordingly, the para 23 of the order dated 19.12.2025 stands modified/rectified and is now read as under:- "23. For the aforesaid reasons, this Court deems it appropriate to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with FIR No.91/2019 registered at Police Station Kalindi Kunj under Sections 365/302/201/120B/34 of the IPC, subject to his furnishing a Personal Bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- and one Surety Bond of the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Magistrate, further subject to the following conditions:- a.
The petitioner shall not leave India without prior permission of the court concerned;

He shall appear before the Trial Court as and when directed; c.
He shall provide his mobile number(s) to the Investigating Officer and keep the same active at all times; d.
He shall not commit any offence during the period of bail; and e.
In case of any change in address or mobile number, the same shall be communicated to the Court concerned by way of an affidavit; f.
He shall not attempt to tamper with any evidence or influence any witnesses while being enlarged on bail.
