The petitioner, vide the present application seeks modification of the order dated 08.12.2025 to the extent that the observations made in paragraph 3 thereof be expunged and the costs of Rs.25,000/- imposed upon the petitioner be waived of.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had/ has substantive basis to file the present application and is also willing to submit an affidavit to that effect. Relying upon Directorate of Enforcement vs. Ajay S. Mittal passed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CRL.M.C. 4014/2024 on 28.05.2024, he draws attention of this Court to the relevant findings therein.

Considering the order dated 08.12.2025, there is no occasion for this Court to allow the present application.
