This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 11/12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 read with Article 215 of the Constitution of India, 1950 seeks following prayers:- "(a) initiated the Contempt proceedings against the contemners I respondents for willful disobedience of order dated 08.08.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP (Crl) No. 2460/2025; (b) pass such any further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case." 3.

Vide order dated 08.08.2025, learned Single Judge while disposing of W.P.(CRL) 2460/2025 had passed the following directions: - The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. "6. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with direction to the CAW Cell, Kamla Market to complete the enquiry most expeditiously and preferably within a period of 4 weeks to enable the petitioner to take further appropriate action if any as per law. Petitioner to co-operate in enquiry proceedings."

Learned counsel for the respondents, who appears on advance notice, and on instructions of W/SI Amrita, PS Daryaganj, submits that a FIR No.306/2025, under Sections 85/316(2)/3(5) of the BNS has been registered on 22.09.2025 at P.S. Daryaganj.

In view of the above, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner does not wish to press the present petition. 6.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of as not pressed. 7.
