The present petition seeks quashing of Complaint Case bearing No. 2320/2024 for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881.

After making some submissions, counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the grounds urged before the Trial Court at an appropriate stage. 3.

He further submits that several cases are pending between the Complainant and the Petitioner, as detailed in Paragraph No. 11 of the Petition, and prays that all such cases be clubbed together. 4.
