The present petition seeks quashing of FIR No. 104/2025, registered at P.S. Jamia Nagar for the offences under Sections 3/4 of the Muslim Women (Protection of Rights on Marriage) Act, 2019. Upon conclusion of investigation, chargesheet was filed for the offences, inter alia, under Sections 323, 354, 354A and 376 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. The request for quashing is premised on a compromise between the Petitioner and Respondent No. 2.

Counsel for the Petitioner, after making submissions, states that he would like to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take recourse to other remedies at an appropriate stage, in accordance with law. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4.

All rights and contentions of the parties are left open. The Court has not commented on the merits of the case.
