% 07.12.2017 CA No.2360/2016 By this application, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present company petition. None is present for the petitioner. It is obvious that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. The applipcation is allowed.

CO.PET. 486/2013 In view of the order passed in CA No.2360/2016, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

I may only note that in this petition on 19.02.2014 this court had passed an order appointing the Official Liquidator as a Provisional Liquidator to take charge of the assets of the company. However, another petition filed by other creditor, being Co. Pet. No.452/2013 is already pending. Accordingly, the winding up order has been substituted in the

petition, i.e. Co. Pet. No.452/2013.

Accordingly, all the orders/directions passed for OL in the present petition, shall be applicable in Co. Pet. No.452/2013. JAYANT NATH, J.
