By way of the present petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No. 150/2019 dated 05.05.2019, registered at Police Station Khyala, District West, New Delhi, under Sections 376/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, read with Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, on the ground of compromise. 2.

After some arguments, Mr. Mohit Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this petition. 3.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn.

The present order will not prejudice the remedies available to the petitioner, including the right to approach the Court for quashing of the FIR on merits, if otherwise available in law.
