This is a petition seeking quashing of FIR No. 0270/2025, under Section 112 of BNS, 2023, registered at Police Station Bharat Nagar, and all proceedings emanating therefrom.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that consequent to the registration of this FIR, externment proceedings have been initiated against him, without following the due procedure of law. The main prayer in the present petition is for quashing of FIR. 4.

At this stage, Mr. Irfan Firdous, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition, challenging the externment proceedings. 5.
