Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the Petitioner for quashing of FIR No. 0305/2025 registered under Sections 420/468 IPC, at P.S. Ashok Vihar and all the proceedings emanating therefrom in terms of the Settlement dated 29.10.2025.

As per the submissions made, the parties were totally related and had a longstanding relationship. In the year 2022, dispute arose between the parties in regard to allotment of plot admeasuring 1800 sq. yds. in HSIDC Industrial Area, Kharkhoda, Haryana. The Complainant claimed that was defrauded of Rs.1,12,00,000/- in regard to the allotment of this letter. 3.

The parties are present before this Court in-person today, and have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. The parties have submitted that with the intervention of their respective persons of the vicinity, all the disputes have been amicably settled vide Settlement dated 29.10.2025 and out of the Settlement, the Complainant has received Rs.30 lacs towards full and final settlement of all disputes. 5.

The parties have endorsed the amicable settlement and accepted the terms thereof voluntarily and they submit that the said Settlement has been arrived at between the parties, without any pressure and coercion and that they shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement. 6.

In view of the above facts that the parties have amicably resolved their differences out of their own free will and without any coercion and also the fact that the present matter is related to relatives, no useful purpose will be served in continuing with the proceedings, rather the same would create further acrimony between them. Hence, it would be in the interest of justice to quash the abovementioned FIR and the proceedings pursuant thereto. 7.

Moreover, there is no legal impediment in quashing the FIR in question.

In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No. 0305/2025 registered under Sections 420/468 IPC, at P.S. Ashok Vihar with all the subsequent proceedings is hereby quashed. 9.
