On 13.03.2026, the suit was decreed, however, on request of learned counsel for the Plaintiff that certain details furnished by Defendants No. 2 and 3 in respect of Defendant No. 1 were in a sealed cover and Plaintiff be granted access to the same, the matter was listed before the learned Joint Registrar.

On 27.03.2026, learned Joint Registrar in compliance with the directions of this Court has open the sealed cover and shared the necessary details with learned counsel for the Plaintiff. The envelope has been resealed and kept back on record as directed.

No further orders are required to be passed.
