% 07.04.2016 This is a petition under Section 482 Cr.PC moved by the petitioner for quashing of FIR No.0575/2015 registered at Police Station Sangam Vihar, Delhi under Section 354 IPC and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom on the ground that the parties have compromised the matter.

It is submitted by learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State that although the FIR was initially registered under Section 354 IPC but now Section 376 has been added.

That being so, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition.
