The present Appeal, filed under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, seeks to set aside the Impugned Order dated 24.08.2024 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Saket Courts, New Delhi, in G.P. No.107/2023 titled "Zeeshan Sadar Khan v. Mohd. Iftekhar Khan".

By the Impugned Order, the learned Family Court has made an interim arrangement whereby the Respondent-Mother is allowed to have the custody of the minor child, who is 9 years old, twice a month from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.

Previously, the arrangement was to handover the custody of the child on 1st and 3rd Friday. two Saturdays in a month the school of the child is open, the arrangement was modified and the Impugned Order was passed by the learned Family Court after interacting with the child. 4.
In view of above, we find no ground to interfere with the order passed by the learned Family Court.

Accordingly, the present Appeal along with pending applications is dismissed.
