The present Appeal, filed under Section 19 of the Family Courts Act, 1984, seeks setting aside of the Impugned Order dated 09.06.2025 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Patiala House Courts, New Delhi, in G.P. No.31/2024 titled as "Nisha Malik v. Jitendra Kumar Kuhar".

By the Impugned Order, the learned Family Court has made an interim arrangement whereby, the Appellant-Mother has been granted opportunity to meet her child, who is 10 years old, every alternate Saturday. The said Order has been passed with the purpose to give more time to the child to do other things of his choice, as he was busy every Saturday meeting the Appellant. Learned Counsel for the Appellant submits that the Appellant being the mother should at least be granted an opportunity to interact with the child through video conferencing.

The present Appeal is disposed of with liberty to the Appellant to file an application before the learned Family Court in this regard, if not already filed and the said application shall be considered by the learned Family Court in accordance with law. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
