Mr. Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the arguments are at a final stage and hence the application. 3.

For the said reasons, issue notice.

Mr. Rana, learned counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondent and has no objection to the petition being allowed. 5.
