% 23.03.2018 Mr. Sanjeev Bhandari appears for the respondent. He states, in view of the orders passed by this Court on March 03, 2018 and May 25, 2017, the receiver could not have been appointed by the concerned CMM. He fairly states that the auction notice issued on February 26, 2018 for March 31, 2018 shall be withdrawn. I take on record, the statement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner that an application filed by the petitioner under Section 340 Cr.PC before the CMM shall also be withdrawn. The learned counsel for the petitioner also states that the petitioner shall approach the respondent in the month of April, 2018 for a possible

settlement.

As desired by learned counsel for the parties, the contempt petition is closed. Notice is discharged.
