Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

For redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has made several complaints to the MCD which has been enclosed alongwith the writ petition. 3.
Mr. Sabharwal, learned Standing Counsel representing the MCD, has stated that the complaints made by the petitioner shall be attended to and an appropriate action which will be warranted under law shall also be taken up. 4.
Accordingly, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the appropriate authority of the MCD to consider and take appropriate decision on the complaints made by the petitioner, expeditiously.
