Yesterday, the Court passed the following order: "1.

Learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi, on instructions, has stated that the MCD authorities have already taken action and demolition proceedings have also been initiated. He has further stated that part of the demolition of the unauthorized construction has already taken place on 03.06.2025 and further demolition is also planned this week.

2. At the request made on behalf of the learned counsel for petitioner, list on 13.11.2025.

3. Matter to be placed "High on Board"."
