Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

This petition seeks directions to demolish/remove certain illegal and unauthorized constructions allegedly raised by respondent no.2 on the public land which, according to the petitioner, is earmarked as a park. 3.

Learned counsel representing the Municipal Corporation of Delhi has, on instruction, stated that on the complaint made by the petitioner an inspection was conducted and no encroachment on the public land was found. Let the said decision based on the inspection be communicated to the petitioner within two weeks. In the meantime, if any encroachment is found the same shall also be removed.
