Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

By instituting the proceedings of this Public Interest Litigation Petition, a direction has been sought to the respondents to take action against alleged, unauthorized construction/illegal encroachment said to have been carried out in the immoveable property bearing no.6-8, Kutub Sarai, Kalka Dass Marg, Mehrauli, Delhi and, thereafter, to demolish/seal the same. 3.

For redressal of his grievances, the petitioner has already made a representation/complaint through e-mail, dated 30.05.2025 which has been enclosed as Annexure 'A' to the writ petition. 4.

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this writ petition with the direction to the authority concerned to attend to the said compliant and take appropriate decision and action which may be warranted under law on the said compliant.
