% 22.09.2017 Despite the mediation having failed, with the efforts of friends and well wishers, the dispute between the husband and wife has been settled. In fact, the first motion for divorce by mutual consent has also been recorded. Considering the aforesaid fact, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

In the event of arrest or surrender, the petitioner shall be released on bail on his furnishing a bond in the sum of Rs.5000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/court. The application is disposed of.
