Mr.Udit Malik, ASC appearing on behalf of the respondents placed on record a communication received from the office of Minister [Social Welfare], Govt. of NCT of Delhi and submits that till the fact-finding inquiry is conducted, the petitioners shall not be evicted from the hostel. 2.

The aforesaid communication dated 08.12.2024 is placed on record. Let a copy thereof be handed over to the learned senior counsel appearing of the petitioners.

In view of the aforesaid, learned senior counsel submits that as of now, the instant petition can be disposed of, reserving the liberty to the petitioners to re-agitate the issue in case any adverse order is passed against the petitioner.

The aforesaid submission seems to be reasonable. 5.

Accordingly, while recording the statement placed on record on behalf of the respondents, the Court disposes of the instant writ petition reserving liberty for the petitioners to re-agitate the issue, in case, they have any further grievance with respect to the action to be taken by the respondents.

With the aforesaid liberty, the instant petition stands disposed of, along with the pending application and the impugned notice stands set aside. 7.
