% 06.02.2025 This matter has been taken up today as 05 February 2025 was declared a holiday.

We take note of the disclosures which are made in the writ petition coupled with the fact that against the order which is sought to be impugned before us, the writ petitioner has already preferred a statutory appeal. That appeal is stated to be pending before the concerned authority since March 2023.

In view of the aforesaid, we find no justification to entertain the writ petition which shall stand disposed of with liberty to the writ petitioner to move the appellate authority for early and expeditious disposal of the pending appeal.
