The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking that respondent no.2/ Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) be directed to correct/update the 'Date of Birth' of the petitioner in her Adhaar Card from 30.06.2006 to 30.10.2006.

Alternatively, it is sought that respondent no.2 be directed to consider the petitioner's application submitted vide email dated 24.09.2025 (annexed as Annexure-P8), afresh in accordance with law. 3.
After some hearing, it is agreed that the petitioner's application seeking change of 'date of birth' in her Aadhaar Card, for which the petitioner has already taken steps in terms of relevant Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), shall be duly considered by the respondent no.2 and a decision thereon shall be taken expeditiously. 4.
