% 23.03.2016 The present is a petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking a direction to the official respondent to release the petitioner on parole in order to enable him to file an SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India; to arrange funds for the same; and to re-establish social ties with society and family members.

In view of the circumstance that the petitioner is alleged to have committed other offences and two FIRs have been registered against him whilst on bail, this Court is not inclined to grant any relief to the petitioner in the present writ petition at this stage. The details of the two pending FIRs registered against the petitioner are as follows:-

1. FIR No. 119/2015 under Sections 186/353/307/411 IPC read with Sections 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station- Crime Branch, Delhi.

2. FIR No. 435/2015 under Sections 379/411/482 IPC, registered at Police Station- Bhajan Pura, Delhi.
