An Application being CM APPL. 8767/2026 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the Writ Petition with a liberty to contest the Notices received by the Petitioner, its manufacturers / distribution network associates with respect to stock in the market, including the Notices dated 17.10.2025 and 17.11.2025 along with other Notices dated 06.11.2025, 07.11.2025 and 27.10.2025.

Considering the averments made in the said Application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
