Ms. Risha Mittal, Advocate with Mr. Sandeep Sharma, Adv.
versus M/S L & T LTD ..... Respondent Through:
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE R.K.GAUBA
O R D E R
% 21.03.2018 An interlocutory order, which is under challenge by the petition at hand, was passed by the additional district judge (ADJ) on the objection petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, whereby the petitioner has been called upon to deposit the amount awarded by the tribunal to the extent of 50%.
In the facts and circumstances, no case is made out for any interference at this stage. The petitioner would have the liberty to approach the ADJ to secure the amount required to be deposited against release to the opposite party while the objection petition is being considered and adjudicated upon.
The petition and the applications filed therewith stand disposed of with these observations.
