% 04.12.2024 At the outset, it is noticed that by way of the present revision petition, the petitioner impugns order dated 20.11.2023 by which a direction has been issued under section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure 1973 ('Cr.P.C'), directing the petitioner to pay to the respondent Rs.31,000/- per month as ad-interim maintenance.
The proceedings under section 125 Cr.P.C. are still pending consideration before the learned Family Court. Besides, it is also noticed, that the present petition has been filed with a delay of 265 days; and CRL.M.A. No. 36401/2024 has been filed by the petitioner seeking condonation of such delay. In the circumstances, since the impugned order only directs the payment of ad-interim maintenance; and that there is a 265 day delay in filing of the petition, this court is not inclined to entertain the revision present petition.
The petition is accordingly dismissed in-limine. The petition stands disposed-of.
