Since the main petition was disposed of on the basis of joint submissions, leading to quashing of the FIR for offence under Section 498A/406/34 IPC and Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, for this minor clerical correction, I do not find it necessary to adjourn the matter, issuing notice to the private respondent. However, learned ASC has appeared on advance intimation and supports the application. It appears that the main petition was for quashing of FIR No. 22/2013 but due to clerical error in order dated 04.12.2024 of the predecessor bench (the learned Judge holding that bench has got transferred), the FIR number was wrongly mentioned as The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 22/2023. Hence, the present application.
3.
I have examined the entire record and I find it to be a clerical error in order dated 04.12.2024. As such the application is allowed and it is made clear that the FIR quashed was number 22/2013 not 22/2023. 4.
This order shall form part of final order dated 04.12.2024.
