The present petition has been filed by the petitioner assailing an order 01.05.2025 passed by the respondent no.1/Delhi Pollution Control Committee and a consequential notice dated 01.11.2025 issued by the respondent no.2/Government of NCT of Delhi.

By way of the said order dated 01.05.2025, the respondent no.1 has sought to impose Environmental Compensation of Rs.13,00,000/- on the petitioner for certain deficiencies. The subsequent notice dated 01.11.2025 was sent by the respondent no.2 seeking the petitioner to pay the requisite Environmental Compensation.

aforesaid action sought to be taken by the respondent no.1. 6.

After some hearing, it is agreed that the said letters/representations shall be duly considered and decided by the respondent no.1 after taking into account the attendant facts and circumstances, including those set out in the present petition after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 7.

Let the aforesaid exercise be concluded as expeditiously as possible and a reasoned order be passed thereupon, under intimation to the petitioner. 8.

The present petition stands disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
