Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that they are in the process of filing a petition under Section 11 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

The aforesaid statement is taken on record.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for respondents No.1 and 2 contends that they have no objection, if the instant petition is disposed of, confirming the order dated 04.12.2024, reserving all their rights and contentions to be agitated at an appropriate stage. 4.

The aforesaid submissions seem to be reasonable and in view thereof, the instant petition stands disposed of with the following directions: - i. Let the petitioner to file petition under Section 11 Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 within a period of 30 days from today.
