The parties have filed joint application CM No.9504/2017 to place on record out of Court settlement. The terms of the settlement are recorded in para 2 of the application. The application is signed by both the parties as well as their counsels and supported by the affidavits of appellant No.4 and respondent No.2.

The appellant No.2 has handed over a demand draft for Rs.5,38,677/- to respondent No.1 in terms of the settlement before this Court. 3.

CM No.9504/2017 is allowed and the appeal as well as pending applications are disposed of in terms of the settlement. 4.

The date of 17th May, 2017 is cancelled.
